These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by ULDN ("we," "us," or "our") through the website https://itsuldn.com ("Website"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We provide creative services through two main models: subscription and fixed-price project-based work.

a. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• ULDN Basic Plan: $995/month — unlimited design requests, one active task at a time. Cancel anytime.
• ULDN Pro Plan: $1195/month — everything in Basic, plus priority task handling and faster turnaround.

We strive to deliver design requests within 72 hours. However, delivery time may vary depending on the complexity and volume of the request. Large or complex tasks may be split into multiple smaller deliverables.

b. Website Creation

We offer custom websites built on Framer or Webflow:

• Base Website Package: $1995 for a 3-page website.
• Additional Pages: $45 per page.

c. Website Maintenance (Optional)

We offer an optional website maintenance service:

• Monthly Fee: $295
• Includes: technical maintenance, plugin updates, and edits limited exclusively to the website platform (no graphic design in external tools).
• Hosting and domain included, with domain cost covered up to $30/year.
